STEMconnector Webinar: The Power of Partnerships with Minority Serving Institutions
During this webinar, attendees heard directly from Jessica Johnson, Research and Insights Lead at STEMconnector and author of our latest research report, The Power of Partnerships with Minority Serving Institutions. During her presentation she emphasized the underrepresentation of certain groups in STEM fields in the US and highlighted how partnerships with MSIs can be a solution.
The webinar brought together esteemed MSI leaders, from organizations like 1890 Foundation, CSU Pueblo, NAPE, Texas Woman's University, and Amazon Web Services, dedicated to enhancing diverse partnerships within the STEM ecosystem, who discussed key trends including intentionality, strategic alignment, equitable resource allocation, and sustainability and the role they play in collaborations between MSIs and industry.
